Over the past months, the airline industry has seen itself facing major challenges and major accomplishments, while the merger between United and Continental was succesfully concluded, a new merger between American Airlines and US Airways was announced, A purchase by Delta of Virgin Atlantic Airways, the rebranding of all AviancaTaca Holding brands as Avianca, a new, record-breaking order by Ryanair, and its failed takeover attempt over Aer Lingus, as well as many other things which have made the industry richer and more interesting, this is why, we will be posting the current state of the industry step by step, including updating airline pages and information about each ones, updates on new routes and the current state of hubs, and many other things.
