New routes for 2012

As aviation has been recovering lately, lots of routes are expected to begin in 2012, many will be from low-cost carriers, specially Ryanair, which will launch the most routes in Europe for 2012. Leading the way in new routes is The United States as usual, followed by Germany and a bunch of other european countries, what this means for us, the customers, is that we will get cheaper fares and have lots of choices to travel from our local airports, the areas expected to have an outstanding growth are specially Africa and South America which have begun growing, specially South America were airline consolidation has played a big role.

In North America, Delta is leading the way with lots of new routes from the slot-swap deal for New York's LaGuardia airport, while US Airways will benefit from the same deal and add flights to and from Washington's National Airport, more information on the routes that will be launched and suspended thanks to this deal will be posted soon.
